Your catalogue invites customers to use its web site. Unfortunately I only have an honours degree, it would appear that a masters degree is a minimum requirement to use it

I purchased 2 Vented umbrellas, one is broken after only one use and I cant find the email address to complain or get label to return. To telephone for this info costed me money for something that is not my fault. Come on Coopers reply to me at your expense

Re returns. Pls note: Re distance selling Regulations, a customer returning gds within 7 days, is entitled to a full refund including postage. The DSRs are legally binding rules and were introduced in the year 2000 to protect customers who, unlike High Street shoppers are unable to inspect the goods before they buy them. Pls note that "NEXT" was taken to court and had to agree to refund delivery and return postage as from August onwards. The TradingStandards said that as the DSRs had been legally binding in the UK for more than 10 yeas there is no excuse for not acting accordingly. I wish to return the two Magnifiers GM-MLS which are totally useless
