How the f... Does this page work you can't find any tickets

I spent hours on the website for tickets for Reading at Wembley. I even completed a form, giving credit card details, address, no. of tickets etc. I pressed 'buy tickets' button and got a message saying that the due to heavy demand the booking will continue later. This just never happened. All attempts to telephone you got an engaged response. I have telephoned this morning, about three minutes ago, to get an automated message saying you are not available at present. Call times start at 8.30.a.m. So, I don't know whether I have any tickets or not. Considering you have been involved in this business for years, I think you are rubbish. Your system is not geared up for customers, just for you to make lots of money.

why the hell do they tell u to get playoff final tickets on this site when u cant get them becuse there is not an option to find swansea tickets not happy!!!
