Ordered a CodaBow Diamond GX and they sent it when they said they would and it was received in good order...just sayin'...I usually gripe on these forums but they did a pretty good job.

Stringmail is terrible at exchanges etc, anything other than mechanistic "order online". They are terribly disorganised if it involves anything other. I wanted to exchange a couple of strings, sent mine back but ever got a the replacement, nor courtesy of an email. They can only do things they way they want to, and will not be able to do anything else that you ask. In brief, they are a conveyor belt online oder company nothing more. When they do eventually get back to you, they are very very nice and obliging butthen they soon get it wrong again by forgetting to send you the stuff they promised.

We got our money back via PayPal. Stringmail are a scam of the first order. BEWARE

They have £66 of our money. They will not answer emails or phone. We do not have the strings we ordered. Don't know yet how to retrieve our money, but we'll find a way.

I paid for cello strings, waited for nearly two months as I think they may need some time to ship them overseas, but I have never received the strings. No one answered my emails or phonecalls.
