I ordered some tartan ribbon from this company and when it arrived I found it was badly tailored and not what I expected. I returned the tartan the following day and phoned them to arrange either a replacement product (which I would have been happy with) or a refund. I was refused both, they hung up on me and they even said 'Go away...you are stupid'. I couldn't believe it.
