I have worn Padders for many years, and settled on Rebel as my favourite shoe. I have always thought to 'Buy British' so I was surprised to find my latest delivery marked 'Made in India'. They seem heavier and stiffer than previous pairs.

For more than 10 years I have worn Padders Bruce, but then I felt the leather changed it was not so soft and the fit not so good so I changed to Tube which were perfect I would have gladly paid £100 for them ,then you stopped selling them, so I tried Ashford but sadly the size 10 didn't fit .SO it is with regret wont be buying Padders unless some thing like the quality of the Tube is sold again

I ordered a pair of slippers last week and received them a couple of days ago. No problems. I tried to order a pair of shoes from the Sale yesterday - my e-mail was not recognised and the site would not accept my order. I tried to phone this morning and was told my call was not accepted. What is going on?

My Padders shoes were squelchy after a year. I was disappointed because I had always had a good experience of Padders. They are the comfiest shoes I've ever had and had always been durable before. No cobbler could repair them. I called you asking if you could repair them and was advised to send them in. Within a week I was given a new pair! I hadn't phoned to ask for a new pair. After a year, I didn't expect a replacement. I am very happy. That is excellent Customer Service. Congratulations!

I ordered Lois black patent croc print leather boots, which are fairly flat; box arrived, picture on the front was for these boots but when I opened it there was totally the wrong boot inside with at least 4" heels! Not very happy.

Thank you very much for exchanging my sandals. I am delighted with my new Pia sandals! The delivery service PDP was excellent especially since I could track the progress of my parcel! I am now as happy as Larry!!

I have great difficulty finding comfortable yet smart shoes in a 'D' fitting. Over the years I have had 3 pairs of your Lauren lace-up shoe, which I have been delighted with, purchased from my local stockist Sadly, I discovered from them that you have ceased to make 'Lauren'. When I phoned you recently you kindly hunted round and found just one pair in my size which you promptly despatched. I have now put this pair to one side so that when my present pair of Padders wears out I know I shall have a comfortable replacement! Thank you so much for your trouble and service.

On the sizing guide it mentions using a ruler. At the start of the ruler there is approximately a 5 millimetre gap. It doesn't say whether one pluses or minuses this gap. Apart from that the shoes I have received are very comfortable and were received in 5 days, including a weekend. Excellent service and comfort.

Having just had an operation on my right foot, and due to have one on my left foot, I ordered Revive in EEE/EEEE fitting - they are so comfortable and have enabled me to walk with my swollen foot very well. I have had several pairs of Padders and every time they have been perfect for walking straight away.

Received my new shoes today 3days after ordering. I am Diabetic and have worn Padders shoes for the last 10 years. Once again a perfect fit and very comfortable. Thank you.

excellent service first shoes i found that suited my feet unfortunately i had to return them as they developed a small fault after a month. as this style was no longer available i had to have a refund given with no problem. i look forward to the summer range and will definitely buy padder shoes on line for the summer thank you
