reference no 04761713 have tried over two days by phone to cancel my insurance but cant get thru so please reply as I am about to cancel direct debit

taken money off a credit card without my permission even though I am paying the balance by DD. This is the second tme they have done it- going to try to contact them and get it refunded- again!!!

money taken out of my account after several attempts no refund taking it to insurance ombudsman which will cost them money

you sent me a letter saying you only had proof of 5 years no claims bonus but I have proof of 6 years

I have not requested to renew my policy for home insurance with yourselves so why have you taken the money out of my account i've tried in vain to contact you today 3 scots mill place hillend

this company took put policy without my permission took payment from my bank with out permission and charged me for canceling even though i had not taken it out still trying to get money back

Avoid this company at all costs. I cancelled my insurance with them before it had started, well within my legal rights to do so. I got threatening letters from them for nearly £60 in 'administration charges'. I cancelled the Direct Debit and informed them I'd done so. They took the money on my debit card!!! Unbelievable thieving company. They don't answer the phones or respond to emails. Court action seems the only recourse. Save you time, money and sanity and go elsewhere.

This company... what can I say, sending me a threatening letter stating that they are charging me £23.32 for changing my address!! Threatening they will attempt to take the money from my account.. I wasn't even notified that I had to make a one off payment! I won't be using this company ever again, they are the worst... ever!

This is the worst insurance provider I have EVER used .My licence documentation evidence was provided by recorded delivery the company claimed they had never received this.Such poor communication/lack of service.I changed my provider immediately partly in disgust and also fear of poor support in the event an incident may take place. Because of poor service I AM the loser financially after paying in full losing 1 month as a penalty charge.I was covered for 1 month and should receive compensation of 1 month not losses. What a*o*k up.BE WARNED.

I am looking at my renewal notice due by 24th April 2014 my customer ref no.00495953 I would like someone to let me know why I am being charged a renewal fee of £30.00 when previously this did not apply on previous renewals. I had received the letter today 25/12/2013 about cancellation I had not idea that my insurance have not paid also i was informed by my bank that my account would be freeze because someone had used my account outside the UK. I am awaiting confirmation from my bank to activate my account again so as soon as this is sorted i'll reinstate my standing order I can make payment by friday thanks.
