What a liberty to call the tea bags FREE. After years of getting 6 bars I like you don't scrutinise the pack. Was pretty miffed to find only 5 when I got home, especially the bar reduced to 1 was the yummy Ginger Nut Crunch! I have emailed them for an explanation as to why they are marketing this as free. Will post any response I receive.

Thanks for the free tea bags NOT!!! If I wanted to try Typhoo tea I would buy it not expect it to substitute for a Ginger crunch bar .

Totally agree with other customers. Not happy you have made change from 12 bars to 10 bars at a price that feels like a con. Also it has been done very subtely. Box appears as before the change. I took a box back to the supermarket complaining it only had 5 bars and they exchanged it! Only when I got home did the penny drop that I had been given another 5 bar box. I think you may lose customers including myself.

love the bars, Very annoyed that the box has gone from 12 bars down to 10 and you are still asking the same price.bring back the 12 bars.

Hi All Love your bars but your graphic artist has made an error on the back of the 12 bar variety pack. Under the middle picture of the Canadian Maple Syrup you have got "Mapple" Just trying to help!!
