I am still waiting for my audio book which I paid for over the phone. YOu used to be a good firm to deal with but now I am having second thoughts. The audio book was £19.99 not peanuts to me as a pensioner.

Similar to the previous customer I have still not received a DVD which I ordered in NOVEMBER!!! I have phoned about six or seven times - I have lost count. Also my original order was for an amount whereby I should have had a discount of £5.00, but the manner in which the items have arrived means that they are all being charged separately and probably the discount will not be forthcoming.

Over many years I have had no problems with the delivery of my orders, but this year I have had nothing trouble, I did not receive my first order without making many telephone calls and my second order is still out standing after making four telephone calls

have been a customer for several years with no problems.but this april I ordered four audio book and only received three,but charged for the fourth.have rung up five times without any satisfaction.Still waiting for book,or refund.Not at all happy.

I ordered one book in march, took my money in April, still not received my order. I phoned more than a dozen times, emailed and still got no satisfaction. Would not order from this company anymore. I shall be taking this to a higher level. Service is rubbish.

I placed, and paid for, an order in March'13 which you confirmed. Two of the items could not be supplied and from May to the present date I have been phoning you regarding the status of my refund. On 4 seperate occasions I have been prmised that my refund would be with me within 14 days. No refund has yet been received so this may soon be a matter for the low claims courts.

I have been ordering from you for a lot of years now but my last order is over a month late and your sales people on the telephone can give me no clue as to when I may expect the rest of my order, I am very upset by it all.
