I have just had an awful experience with BMW Hexagon in East Finchley, it is such an awful place, I called in response to a car they advertised on the BMW website and their website. I called and made an appointment to see the car on the Saturday afternoon. When I got there the knob-head I spoke to the day before was not there because he doesn’t work Saturdays, so I said I’ll like to speak to someone else. They kept me waiting for at least 40 minutes before some sales shrimp comes out and starts wagging his mouth off, of course the car was not onsite, so I had to wait another 20 minutes before the car (very dirty) shows up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and agree to buy the car subject to me test driving it, we agreed on a price and a price for part exchanging my old car. I accepted to give a deposit of 500GBP (the shrimp took out 1000GPB from my account). The following Monday he didn’t call me until I called him and left a message for him, when he called back I was unable to take his call as I was on a conference call, so I called him a further 4 times before finally getting to speak to him at 6.00pm on that Monday. Guess what he says to me, “O sorry mate, we can’t do the deal any more, my boss did not agree to the value of your car I agreed to, so we can’t do it, you are going to have to look for another car”. I was stunned, I thought this can not be a BMW dealership, he didn’t offer to re-work the figures and see f I was still interested, he just said that was it. I didn’t say anything but it was at this point that he mentioned that he would put back the 1000GBP he took out of my account, I just said, put it back. I am still waiting for my money to go back into my account. I still drive a BMW, but I was so put off buying another BMW, so I don’t have to come across such people again. I would rather just stay anonymous. Take care and regards
