First of all they are not on the market 15 years.. its a very small company owned by two foreigns who currently struggle to keep it floating.. they are under a voluntarily agreement which basically means last step before bankruptcy.. Booking them you risk loosing money as they can dissolve any time. First of all they were late over 3 hours and I was very specific about the time when the job can be done... they said their van had a problem... no wonder why.. when I saw the van I was wondering if that thing can still drive. To pack one desk and one small storage unit + tv and audio it took them one hour. They lost one piece of the desk (found later after tons of emails) and lost a mirror.... Also because Ive arranged parking in the morning and they arrived too late they received a PCN fine for wrong parking.. Of course they charged me for that!!! In addition they tried to charge me for congestion zone.. but None of the properties in in that zone.. Zone is also not in between of the properties. To drive the distance of 1.8 miles they needed over 1.5hours (heaviest traffic takes me about 25mins). Clearly guys went for lunch or had a nap in their breaking van. Finally they arrived to my place... both of the guys looked like homeless... they were ultra slow.. stoping for a chat every time I dint watch. Their clothes were dirty and my security had issues to let them in based on their look. Finally Ive claimed the PCN and Congestion charge and the missing piece from them but Ive had to send approx. 30 emails and make a lot of calls. They decided to refund after my lawyer wrote to them but.... I still didn't get the refund!
