my Tevion media player no: 4701 has a lock with a query sign - which seems to have locked access. How can I open it.

I have a Tevion DVD Multi Media Micro System, model 5632. I recently purchased a digital optical audio cable, so that I could play the audio from my Samsung TV through the speakers of the Tevion system. I connected them using the digital optical cable as well as the existing AV cables and I switched my TVs audio settings to Audio Out/Optical. However, Im still having no joy. Please enlighten me if there is anything that I can do. Thanks in advance.

My iKazu AV820 video grabber loads from cd but then fails to open, by opening it in Compatability mode it shows message "Fail to initialize Hardware" any ideas please ?
