I just wanted to warn people Adrian is a rip off merchant. You get quoted £15 a door on his website and £20 collection and delivery. However when he delivers your new doors, he states their are hidden extras which everybody does, He charges £3 for neutralising which he states is compulsory¿ but this is not stated in his website. He then says there is a £5 surcharge for certain delivery areas, again something he fails to mention in his website, especially seen as i live 13.4 miles from his workshop, I find this hard to believe. Adrian is a big man and used this to intimidate me and my young family by planting himself in my house and became very angry and vocal when we refused to pay him the extra money. The only way we managed¿ to get him to leave was to pay him the extra money. BE WARNED. I would like to add Adrian did do a good job with my doors but if you are quoted a price you expect that to be the price you pay, and not to be bullied into paying extra money in the comfort¿ of your own home.
