Customers beware of Highdown Motor Company based in Angmering, West Sussex. I bought a Kia Cerato 06 from them on 17/01/13. Two days later there was a knocking sound coming from the nearside rear wheel. I took it to our trusted local mechanic who informed me that the brake pad was knocking against a used brake disc and that the nuts on the same tyre had come undone. My mechanic also informed me that the exhaust downpipe required replacing and the clutch was slipping. I informed Dan, ( The cowboy used car trader) from Highdown motor company. He informed me that the breakdown cover meant the car could not be driven and as this was not the case with the car, he would send his mechanic to look at the car. His promise and in his words, WILL NOT LEAVE YOU STRANDED, CUSTOMER CARE IS IMPORTANT TO US....... Well over a month has passed by and did Dan send a mechanic ? - answer - NO. I have had to pay £800.00 to put right a vehicle sold by the COWBOY HIGHDOWN MOTOR COMPANY, Customers beware of HIGHDOWN MOTOR COMPANY ANGMERING...
