Commenting for Avidlite, this customer was sent the products using Royal Mail Tracked Service. Details of despatch and delivery were provided to PayPal who adjudicated in favour of Avidlite. We are not in business to take customers money without providing the goods and infact we pride ourselves on the quality and timelyness of deliveries. We have many thousands of satified customers.

avidlite.co.uk failed to deliver, but kept my money. Had to log a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Really poor customer service
