I hired a list of goods from the company, on arrival two glass-holders were missing. I did not make any issue out of this. On pick-up I asked the driver to take an inventory of all the goods I was returning. I did not want any later disputes and I even sent an email to the company advising them what they should be charging for. The driver refused to take an inventory, the company never responded to my email and subsequently sent me a bill for things I had returned to them. I complained to their manager who did not care, he even went as far as to say that customers often have this issue, yet they would still go ahead and charge me. I am disgusted with the way this company handles its business and their lack of customer care. Do not use them!
